Can you believe I used to think bargain bin underwear was just as good as name brand?

Boy was I wrong!

The day I slipped on my first pair of Pact undies was a total game changer.

It was like angels singing – my bum had never been so comfortable! Now I’m a total Pact fangirl.

But then my wallet started screaming.

As much as I love Pact, filling my top drawer with their $16 undies was going to bankrupt me.

Brands Similar to Pact

There had to be more affordable options out there, right?

Turns out there are tons of brands making super cute and comfy undies and tops for a fraction of the Pact price tag.

Let me introduce you to my new obsessions:

Boody

If you like the eco-friendly vibe of Pact, definitely check out Boody. Their undies are made from bamboo viscose that feels silky soft and lightweight against your skin.

I was worried the material would be swampy, but it’s actually very breathable and moisture-wicking.

Brands Similar to Pact

No more uncomfortable chafing or sticky sweaty feeling! The bamboo fabric is also antimicrobial, so it resists odor even on hot sweaty days.

I can wear their bikini style undies all day long with zero discomfort. Boody is also great for sensitive skin – no itching or irritation from scratchy lace or rough elastic bands.

And the undies won’t lose their shape or ride up no matter how much you wiggle and jiggle! The waistband lies perfectly smooth under tight dresses.

Lively

Lively is a new brand that has totally captivated me.

Their Mesh Cafe Boyshort is so sultry and stylish – it’s the perfect mix of comfy cotton and skin-baring sheer mesh panels. I feel so sexy wearing them under a skirt or dress for a hot date night.

Brands Similar to Pact

The mesh adds a little spice while the cotton keeps everything in place. The floral lace trim is so feminine and chic too.

And Lively’s bralettes are to die for! The Plunge Bralette has removable padding so you can adjust the coverage.

It provides just enough lift and support without being restricting. The lace detailing makes me feel feminine but still supported enough for all day wear.

I honestly forget I’m wearing a bra sometimes – it’s that comfortable! This brand is quickly becoming my go-to for underwear that is equal parts sultry and comfortable.

MeUndies

MeUndies were one of the original underwear subscription services, and they’ve only gotten better over time.

I’m obsessed with their prints – avocados, sushi rolls, googly eyed monsters, and even The Office references!

Brands Similar to Pact

They add a quirky fun vibe to my underwear drawer. The fabrics are so soft even after multiple washes.

I’m currently loving their high waisted cheeky briefs – they provide ample coverage while still making your butt look perky and cute. The waistband hits at just the perfect spot for pairing with high-waisted jeans or shorts.

I also appreciate how inclusive their size range is. They have extended sizing all the way up to 4X, which can be hard to find from certain brands. MeUndies makes getting dressed every morning so much more fun!

Parade

If you’re on the hunt for silky smooth undies in all the colors of the rainbow, try Parade. They use sustainably sourced fabrics like recycled polyester in their manufacturing process.

I’m currently loving their thong style made from ultra soft modal spandex.

It completely disappears under clothes while still providing full booty coverage – no more pesky panty lines! The wide lace waistband ensures nothing digs in or pinches my sides.

Brands Similar to Pact

And the fabric is so resilient – no sagging, bagging, or losing its shape over time.

Feel good supporting an eco-friendly brand and feel fabulous wearing their cheeky cuts. It’s a win-win for your bum and the planet!

Natori

Natori’s Bliss Perfection underwear changed my panty game forever. They feature a wide lace waistband that lies completely flat under clothes. N

o more rolling, pinching, or squeezed muffin top! The bootyhugger fit has just the right amount of stretch to contour your cheeks perfectly.

Brands Similar to Pact

And they use targeted shaping zones with smoothing technology to avoid VPL, even when wearing leggings! I can totally see why these are called “perfection” panties.

While they are more pricey than some other brands, the quality is well worth the investment. Treat yourself to at least one pair – you won’t be disappointed!

Lunya

Lunya uses a special washable silk fabric in their underwear that feels luxuriously soft and cool against the skin.

Pure silk would be too delicate, but their blend of modal and silk is perfectly resilient. I love the sheen of the fabric – it makes basic undies feel so much more special. The Silk Trim High Waist briefs are my favorite.

Brands Similar to Pact

They sit just above my belly button for a stylish retro vibe. And the contrasting silk waistband lace detail makes me feel like royalty.

Their silk also has natural temperature regulating properties. These undies are so comfy when it’s hot out.

Lunya has converted me into a true silk panty believer – upgrade your bottom drawer and treat yourself to their luxurious styles!

Calvin Klein

You really can’t go wrong with a classic like Calvin Klein underwear. This iconic brand has been around for decades for good reason.

Their fabrics retain softness wash after wash, year after year. I still have CK undies from high school that I reach for regularly! My ride or die is their Modern Cotton stretchy bikini underwear.

Brands Similar to Pact

The thick waistband and substantial cotton gusset provide full coverage and a flattering, wedgie-free fit.

CK underwear molds perfectly to your natural shape. You can easily stock up on all your basics when they have sales, which they usually do at the start of each season. Get yourself some iconic underwear!

Hanky Panky

Another underwear brand that’s stood the test of time is Hanky Panky. They completely revolutionized the thong market back in the 70’s.

I love their signature stretch lace fabric – it has the perfect balance of give and support.

Their original rise thong provides cheeky coverage while preventing uncomfortable binding, pinching or digging.

The lace detailing makes you feel oh so feminine and sultry. Yes, Hanky Panky is pricier than drugstore options.

But the difference in quality and comfort is astounding. No more scratchy elastic or poorly stitched seams! Invest in at least one of their thongs for days you need a confidence boost.

Knix

If you need leakproof underwear, Knix has you covered. They make special undies with technology to help absorb light bladder leakage or period leaks. We’ve all been there – you sneeze too hard or your period shows up early.

But Knix underwear saves you from embarrassment and ruins clothes. The ingenious material doesn’t feel sweaty or get stinky like disposable pads. And the undies themselves come in so many cute cuts – high waisted, thongs, and boy shorts.

Knix even makes wireless bras, swimwear, and workout clothes featuring their special leakage-blocking fabric. No more stressing about leaks or stains – you’ve got back up built right into your undies!

Amazon Essentials

For affordable cotton basics on a budget, I swear by Amazon Essentials underwear. A 5 or 10 pack of bikinis or hipsters is less than $15 – you can’t beat prices like that! The fabric is a stretchy cotton jersey material.

Not as luxe feeling as modal or silk blends of course. But for the price, the quality is decent and they hold up well to washes. I keep ES undies in stock for things like working out, sleeping, or wearing during my period.

Don’t expect anything fancy – these are your standard cotton briefs in an array of neutral colors. But they get the job done when you need basic coverage on a budget!

Jockey

Jockey makes so many diverse styles – boyshorts, French cuts, thongs, bikinis. It’s awesome to find an iconic underwear brand that has options for any preference. Their tactel nylon and spandex blend feels super smooth and stretches well without losing its shape.

The fabric is also moisture-wicking so you stay dry down there all day. I wear their Skimmies slipshorts under dresses for a sleek silhouette – no lines or anything showing through! The laser cut edges lay flat too.

For a basic everyday cotton panty, their Elance bikini briefs are my go-to. The thick waistband and double-layer gusset provide full coverage front and back. Jockey undies stand up to even the toughest washing conditions while retaining their soft comfy feel for years.

Fruit of the Loom

Fruit of the Loom is another heritage cotton undies brand that gets the job done. Their tag-free briefs with a touch of spandex stretch to move with your body. The comfort flex waistband prevents pinching and binding in the hips.

While the fabric itself is on the thinner side, I haven’t had issues with holes or fraying. And FoL undies retain their shape wash after wash. For the price, you really can’t beat them. I wear their boyshorts when I want something basic with a little more coverage.

And their hipsters work well under low cut pants or for days when I’m feeling a bit bloated. Affordable, comfortable basics that cover your bases – that’s Fruit of the Loom in a nutshell!

Wacoal

If you want lingerie-style everyday undies, treat yourself to Wacoal. This luxury brand uses decadent lace and elegant color palettes for undies that make you feel feminine from the inside out. The lace is soft and seamless, so you don’t have to sacrifice comfort.

And the picot trimmed waistbands add a delicate detail. Wacoal also has high tech fabrics that feel silky smooth against the skin and won’t lose their shape. Splurge on a lace thong or cheeky boyshort when you need an extra dose of confidence.

The luxury feel of Wacoal underwear just enhances your mood. When you feel good underneath, it shows on the outside!

Target

At Target, you can find just about any style of undies for less. Look for their Auden line for modern fabrics like breathable modal and sleek silhouettes with lace detailing. The Hiphugger underwear provides full coverage in a modern cut.

And the Cotton Bikini Multipacks are perfect for stocking up on basics. Target’s Stars Above sub-brand has cozy basics like boyshorts in plush modal blends.

I also love their seamless thongs and cheekies – totally invisible under clothes! Target makes it easy to keep your underwear drawer stocked with lots of options in style, fabrics, and price points – all in one place!

Aerie

Aerie undies are so freaking soft – it’s like they’re made from clouds! They have tons of cute prints and colors to choose from, like their signature Americana collection with flag prints and retro inspired silhouettes.

I’m obsessed with their full coverage briefs, which provide a little extra fabric in the back for a flattering fit.

They also have a Cool Cotton line made from ultra breathable fabric, perfect for hot summer days. I just got 5 pairs of their boybriefs with lace trim for only $25 on sale! At prices like that, I can load up on all the perky patterns and colors I want.

Another reason I love Aerie is their commitment to unretouched models and inclusive sizing. They have an amazing size range from XXS-XXL and show real women with real bodies. It’s so refreshing to see brands embrace that underwear model dreams come in all shapes and sizes!

They also have some of the cutest loungewear like bralettes and sweatshirts. I basically live in their Real Me crossover leggings – they make my butt look fantastic and are so soft! For PJ sets and lounge basics, Aerie can’t be beat.

And don’t get me started on their swimwear! From cute high waisted bikini bottoms to sporty one pieces and everything in between, they have fabulous options for hitting the beach or pool. I always get compliments when I wear their strappy back one piece suits.

One tip with Aerie undies – take advantage of their frequent sales and promos. They run specials like 10 for $35 or 50% off clearance all the time. Sign up for their email list so you never miss a good deal!
