I have a confession to make – I’m absolutely obsessed with Foxblood dresses!
Ever since I discovered them last year, I’ve been slowly but surely building up my collection.
Their fabrics are so soft and flowy, and they fit my curves just right.
But as much as I love Foxblood, a girl can only wear so many of the same dresses before people start to notice.
So I’ve been on the hunt for some new brands that have a similar vibe.
Through trial and error (and many returned orders), I’ve found 17 awesome alternatives that I think my fellow Foxblood fangirls will love!
My favorite new discovery is Reformation – their sustainable fabrics and flattering wraps dresses make me feel amazing.
For more affordable options, Lulus and Princess Polly have super cute casual and going-out looks.
Reformation
If you’re looking for sustainable dresses made ethically in the USA, Reformation is a great option. Their wrap dresses and midi lengths have a very similar feminine, flirty vibe to Foxblood.
The fabrics and prints are so fun and lively – lots of funky florals, polka dots, gingham and animal prints that pair perfectly with cowboy boots or sandals for a relaxed vibe.
I recently bought their Winslow dress in three different colors – it’s made of a super soft and stretchy fabric that hugs in all the right places.
The wrap style is so flattering on my hourglass figure, cinching my waist while showing a subtle peek of leg through the thigh-high slit.
I’ve gotten so many compliments every time I’ve worn it! Their Ref Jeans line also has cute denim dresses in midi and mini lengths – perfect for music festivals or a casual date night.
And their sustainability practices are amazing – they use renewable energy in their factories, recycle their fabrics, and even offer used dresses in their stores.
So I don’t feel guilty indulging in multiple options. Reformation is definitely pricey but 100% worth it in my book for the quality, fit, style and feel-good ethics.
Lulus
Lulus has become my go-to for affordable, trendy dresses that still look and feel high-quality. With lots of options under $50, I can get my Foxblood fix without breaking the bank.
Their bodycon and fit-and-flare dresses are super flattering – I love showing off my curves! The fabrics they use have a nice weight and stretch that hugs in all the right spots.
I especially love their floral prints and off-the-shoulder necklines. The Sweet Garden Floral Faux Wrap dress is one of my faves – it’s covered in a vibrant flower print and has shirring at the waist to cinch you in.
I’ve worn it to weddings, birthdays and girls’ night outs. For casual daytime looks, their breezy maxi dresses are amazing.
The With Time Comes Change dress has a boho paisley print and smocked bodice that reminds me so much of Foxblood styles I already own.
And it comes in 16 colors and patterns! They also have fun occasional pieces like cut-out bodycon dresses and graphic print minis – perfect for standing out on the dance floor. With so many styles under $50, Lulus lets me refresh my closet without draining my bank account.
Princess Polly
My Aussie friends put me on to Princess Polly and I’m so glad they did! This brand has so many cute, casual options for daytime and weekend wear.
I love their midi dresses with relaxed, smocked tops and flowy skirts. Lots of their styles give off major cottagecore vibes that feel so light and breezy to wear.
The “Hamptons” style dress comes in gingham, floral and polka dot prints with a smocked bodice and tiered midi skirt.
It’s such a good dupe for the Foxblood “Lennox” that I own in 3 colors! Their fabrics have a nice lightweight feel that works great for summer heat.
And the pricing is very reasonable – most dresses are $50-70. They also have more glam going-out options like silky slip dresses and embellished minis.
I recently wore their Knot For Me Satin Cowl Neck slip dress to a wedding and got flooded with compliments! Between the casual and dressy selections, Princess Polly is my new go-to for fun, flirty dresses at a friendly price point.
Anthropologie
While definitely pricier than Foxblood, Anthropologie’s boho-chic aesthetic gives me similar romantic vibes.
Their maxi dresses and peasant tops are so pretty and feminine.
I recently splurged on the Samira embroidered maxi dress for a summer music festival, and felt like a goddess floating around in it!
It has elaborate floral embroidery and beading on the bust and shoulder straps that catches the light as you move and twirl.
The maxi length keeps you cool in the summer heat while still looking dressed up and chic.
I also love their casual options like the Maeve smocked cotton dress – it has a square neckline and tiered midi skirt just like my favorite Foxblood styles.
Anthropologie can be expensive but the quality is there – I find their dresses hold up well over many washes and wears. If you’ve got the budget, investing in key Anthro pieces will instantly elevate your wardrobe!
Free People
If you love Foxblood’s bohemian ’70s vibe, you have to check out Free People. Their mini, midi and maxi dresses come in the coolest crocheted fabrics, silky slips, and peasant-inspired prints.
I’m currently eyeing their Winslow Slip Dress for my next vacation – it’s a stretchy spaghetti strap dress with a cowl neck and side slit that looks perfect for throwing on over a swimsuit or bodysuit.
And the crinkle chiffon fabric will stay breezy and lightweight in the heat. Free People’s intimates collection also has cute slip dresses and bodysuits that allow you to layer and style in so many ways.
I recently wore their Galloon Lace Slip as a top with jeans and it gave such pretty Foxblood vibes.
Be prepared to spend more than fast fashion prices, but the quality and details are so worth it if boho-chic is your style.
Mango
Mango is my new obsession for work-friendly dresses on a budget. Their wrap styles, shirt dresses and fit-and-flare options toe the line perfectly between professional and playful.
Lots of their dresses come in muted solids and prints that are office-appropriate but still cute and modern.
But they also have trendier going-out options like cut-out midis and ruffled wraps too. The quality feels really nice for the price point – I’ve found their dresses hold their shape well and don’t wrinkle easily.
And they use fabrics with a bit of stretch and give to hug your curves in all the right ways.
Don’t sleep on their sale section – I recently scored a floral strapless dress for 70% off! If you need to look polished and put-together for work, Mango is guaranteed to have something chic and budget-friendly.
Self Portrait
If you’ve got a bigger budget, Self Portrait takes the feminine Foxblood look to the next level. Their lacy, embroidered designs remind me of what a modern princess would wear.
I caved and bought their guipure lace midi dress for a beach wedding, and felt like an absolute fairy tale character floating down the aisle.
The bodice has a mesh lining that shows just a hint of skin, while the midi skirt flows out in layers of floral lace.
All the details are so intricate and well-made. I also love their semi-sheer puff sleeve dresses that remind me of cottagecore milkmaid styles.
Self Portrait is a splurge for sure, but you can really feel the quality and craftsmanship in their ornate designs. If you’ve got an event coming up that calls for full romance and whimsy, they are 100% worth the investment.

Revolve is like a one-stop-shop for trendy dresses across tons of different brands – including lots of great Foxblood dupes! They carry some more elevated options from Lovers + Friends, For Love & Lemons, etc.
And their in-house line has cute basics at affordable prices. I’m obsessed with their floral print ruched mini dress – it’s only $68 but looks so much more expensive.
Revolve makes it easy to discover new brands and try the latest trends without spending a fortune. They offer free returns within 30 days too, so don’t be afraid to load up your cart and try things on at home!
Show Me Your Mumu
The bright, tropical prints from Show Me Your Mumu give me major Foxblood vacation vibes.
Their relaxed fit maxi dresses are perfect for throwing on over a swimsuit or bodycon dress – instant coverup when you need a break from the sun! The Bali Girl maxi dress has a smocked bodice and flowy skirt in a blue floral print that screams tropical getaway.
And the fabrics they use are so soft and lightweight – perfect for keeping cool and comfortable in warm weather.
I also love their romper and jumpsuit options like the Evangeline short set. It has an off the shoulder flutter top that gives those flirty Foxblood vibes in a more casual silhouette. Show Me Your Mumu makes the chicest, easy breezy looks for your next beach vacation without sacrificing style.

ASOS
With tons of trendy options, ASOS is another great one-stop-shop for Foxblood alternatives. They have a huge selection of casual and going-out midi dresses at every price point.
I especially love their collared shirt dress options that capture Foxblood’s laidback femininity – the ultimate throw-on-and-go look. The Denim Belted Shirt Dress comes in multiple washes and has functional buttons down the front.
It looks just as cute with sneakers as it does heels. ASOS’s in-house collection also has great monochromatic options perfect for showing off fun accessories, like their cut-out shoulder midi.
And they offer Afterpay, which makes splurging on investment pieces easier. I can always find new dress inspiration browsing ASOS’s vast selection.
Nasty Gal
For bold prints and fabrics, Nasty Gal is definitely worth browsing. They aren’t afraid to use bright colors, metallic sheens, or sexy cut-outs and slits to make a statement.
I found an amazing cowl neck leopard print midi dress there recently that makes me feel like a total smokeshow. It has a subtle sheen to the fabric that catches the light as you move.
And the ruching is super flattering on my curves. Nasty Gal also has cute options for daytime and work too though, like their polka dot tie front midi.
It reminds me so much of a black and white Foxblood dress I own and love. If you want your dresses to pack a punch, Nasty Gal has unique options that are guaranteed to turn heads.
Beginning Boutique
This LA-based brand has super cute, feminine dresses starting around $40. Lots of their styles have smocked bodices, tiered skirts, and off-the-shoulder necklines that remind me so much of my favorite Foxblood pieces.
The Coming Up Roses mini dress comes in the prettiest floral print with a square neckline and shirred waist.
I’ve worn it to brunches, bridal showers and date nights – it’s so versatile! Beginning Boutique also carries extended sizes up to 3X.
And they use fabrics with stretch that hug your natural curves. If you want that effortless, feminine California-girl look for less, Beginning Boutique is a hidden gem.

The Pink Marble Strappy Cut Out Bandage Mini is a dupe for a much pricier Foxblood style I’ve been eyeing – but only $38! And they have tall and petite size options, which can be hard to find. PrettyLittleThing adds new styles every week based on the latest trends.
So whether you want neon cut-outs or sophisticated satin cowl necks, they’ve got trendy options starting at just $20. Check their sale section for the best deals on sexy dresses that won’t break the bank!
Abercrombie & Fitch
I used to think of Abercrombie as just t-shirts and jeans, but their dress selection is so good now! They have lots of casual maxi and midi options perfect for summer in lightweight, breathable fabrics like linen and cotton.
The Linen Blend Button-Through Maxi Dress comes in pretty floral prints as well as versatile solids. It reminds me so much of a beloved Foxblood maxi in my closet that I reach for constantly in the warmer months.
Abercrombie also has more elevated going-out looks like satin cowl necks and cut-out midis. The quality and fit is amazing for the price point. And they carry extended sizes too. Don’t sleep on this reinvented brand for cute dresses at every price!
Meshki
Based in Australia, Meshki has super unique, fashion-forward dresses unlike anything else in my closet. I splurged on their Fame cut-out ribbed midi dress and felt like an absolute smokeshow.
The mock neck and long sleeves provide coverage while the cut-out waist and ribbed fabric show just enough skin and hug every curve.
Meshki uses fabrics like ribbed knits and silky satins that just skim your body so smoothly.
Lots of their styles have that high-fashion, Instagram-worthy look that’s perfect for a night out or vacation photos. If you want to try some trendier silhouettes and fabrics, Meshki is so fun to browse for inspiration. Just be warned their dresses are highly addictive!

Their fabrics and detailing feel super luxe and high quality – you can really tell their pieces are made with love. The Meadow maxi dress is one of my faves – it’s white eyelet lace with a ruffle hem and smocked bodice that gives me total cottagecore vibes.
I recently wore it as a wedding guest with cowboy boots and felt like a boho princess. For Love & Lemons is definitely on the pricier side, but the unique details like smocking, ruffles, and lace make their pieces special and worth the splurge in my opinion.
If you’ve got a wedding, bash, or vacay coming up where you want to look romantically dreamy, they have so many gorgeous options.
They also do mini dresses incredibly well – perfect for date night or girls’ night out. The Fidelia mini is a black floral lace dress with a v-neckline and tiered skirt that makes me feel like a gothic doll in the best way.
Add some edgy boots or heels and you’ve got the perfect going-out look. Beyond dresses, I’m also obsessed with their two-piece matching sets.

Lots of their dresses use soft modal jersey fabric that has the perfect amount of stretch to show off your shape while still being comfortable.
The Bodycon Tank Midi comes in a variety of colors and patterns, great for wearing year-round. I wear mine with sandals or sneakers for daytime casual looks. They’re fitted but not too tight or restrictive.
For warmer weather, Rachel Pally’s Caftan style dresses are amazing lightweight coverups. The Alexandra Caftan has an adjustable tie neckline so you can wear it multiple ways – off the shoulder, strapless, halter, etc.
And the flowy silhouette keeps you cool and comfortable in the heat or at the beach. Their longer maxi lengths are lovely and breezy too.
I also appreciate that many of Rachel Pally’s styles come in extended sizing for an inclusive fit.
