Knix has such amazing basics that are almost identical to Skims’ styles. Their leggings come in a thick, brushed fabric that smooths you out without being constricting. I have a pair of their Wicked High Waisted leggings in the color Coal and they are seriously the comfiest things ever.
The waistband doesn’t dig in but holds you in all day. They have just the right amount of stretch without being see-through even in bright colors. Knix also has amazing bras – I’m obsessed with their T-shirt bra in the color Dusk.
It has removable pads, adjustable straps, and such a flattering racerback style. I’ve worn it under fitted tops and you can’t tell I have a bra on at all.
Knix also has amazing joggers. I have their Weekday Joggers in the Heather Grey color and live in them. The fabric is thick and soft, with an elastic waist and wide, comfortable legs. The front pockets are the perfect size for my phone and they have small side pockets too.
I love that they hit right at the ankle so I can wear them with sneakers or slippers around the house. Knix even has really cute shorts – I scored their Drawstring Shorts in navy and they are so breathable and flattering for summer. The waist hits at a nice natural spot and they have a decent length without riding up.
One thing I really appreciate about Knix is their inclusive sizing. As someone between sizes, I can never find stuff that fits me just right off the rack.
But Knix has sizes from XXS all the way to 4X so you can really dial in your perfect fit. The fabrics are super stretchy too so you have plenty of wiggle room regardless of your size. I also think their styles are really flattering on different body types. Overall Knix is seriously the closest dupe to Skims’ quality at a much more affordable price point.
Nike
Nike has seriously upped their loungewear game in recent years and it shows. Their sweats and tees are so durable and comfortable. For sweats, I love their classic Sweatpants which have an adjustable waistband and wide, comfortable legs.
They hit right at the ankle so I don’t get any bunching. I have a pair in black that I live in, as well as Heathered Grey color. The fabric is thick cotton terry that feels broken in from day one. These will last you years with the quality.
I also am a huge fan of Nike’s matching crop top and sweatshort sets. They are perfect for hot summer days but still have that cozy feel. The sleeves hit just above the elbow on the cropped tops and the shorts hit mid-thigh. They have pockets and an elastic drawstring waist for comfort.
I have a pink set that is my go-to for lounging at home or running errands. The color is so pretty, too. Nike is always coming out with on-trend colors and prints if you want to switch it up season to season.
In terms of tees, I love their Dri-Fit t-shirts for everyday wear. The fabric is breathable and lightweight without being sheer. Great for layering under sweaters or wearing on its own. I have white, grey, and black in different cuts from v-neck to crewneck.
They are the perfect staple and the fit is so flattering. Nike also has some cute graphic tees from time to time if you want something more fun. All of their quality and comfortable fits can’t be beat for the price compared to Skims!
